Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry, Immunoprecipitation and Fluorescent In Situ Hybridization (FISH) Assay. Western Blot: Band is observed at ~307kD. Immunohistochemistry: Frozen and paraffin sections. Enzymatic antigen retrieval and DNA acid denaturation required. Fluorescent In Situ Hybridization: 1:25; Use a rabbit anti-sheep AMCA secondary antibody. Note: Denature DNA sample first so base is accessible to BrdU antibody.
