Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Flow Cytometry and Immunocytochemistry. Western Blot: 0.2-2 ug/ml. Flow Cytometry: 0.5-2 ug/sample; HeLa cells fixed in 2% paraformaldehyde/PBS and then permeabilized in 90% methanol. Immunocytochemistry: HeLa cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS. Positive control: HeLa cells.
