Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot (Western or Dot Blot), ELISA, immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and immunohistochemistry as well as other peroxidase-antibody based enzymatic assays. ELISA: 1:5000 to 1:25000. Western Blot: 1:500-1:3000. Immunohistochemistry: 1:300-1:1500. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
