  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

BIN3 antibody was raised against anti-BIN3 (MOUSE) Monoclonal Antibody was produced in mouse by repeated immunizations with a GST tagged full length human BIN3 protein followed by hybridoma development.
BIN3 antibody is specific for human BIN3 protein. A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross-reactivity with BIN3 from human and mouse sources based on 100% homology with the immunizing sequence. Cross-reactivity with BIN3 from other sources has not been determined.
Anti-BIN3 antibody has been tested for use in ELISA, Western Blot, and IP. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user.

About BIN3

BIN3 Antibody, Bridging integrator 3 Antibody

BIN3 is a member of the BAR domain protein family. The encoded protein is comprised solely of a BAR domain which is predicted to form coiled-coil structures and proposed to mediate dimerization, sense and induce membrane curvature, and bind small GTPases. BAR domain proteins have been implicated in endocytosis, intracellular transport, and a diverse set of other processes.
