NS0-derived rhTGFb sRIII extracellular domain.

Extracellular Domain

Recognizes human TGFb RIII. Based on direct ELISA and Western Blot results, this antibody shows less than 1% cross-reactivity with rhTGFb RII.

Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human TGF- RIII. The detection limit for rhTGF- RIII is approximately 5 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Flow Cytometry: 25 ug/ml and add 10 ul of the diluted solution to 1-2.5x10^5 cells in a total reaction volume not exceeding 200ul. Tested in flow cytometry using HeLa cells. The binding of unlabeled antibodies may be visualized by adding a secondary developing reagent such as anti-goat IgG conjugated to a fluorochrome. ELISA: 0.5-1.0 ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human TGF- RIII. The detection limit for rhTGF- RIII is approximately 0.16 ng/well.
