Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use
BCL3 / BCL-3 antibody was raised against recombinant 13cl-3-6-histidine tag.
Anti-mouse 13cl-3 monoclonal antibody reacts with both mouse and human 13cl-3 (13-cell Leukemia/lymphoma 3). The proto-oncoprotein 13cl-3 is a member of the IkappaB family and is present predominantly in the nucleus. This protein has been shown to functio.
PBS, 0.02% sodium azide.
Store at 4°C for short term applications. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C.
BCL3 / BCL-3 is a proto-oncogene candidate. It is identified by its translocation into the immunoglobulin alpha-locus in some cases of B-cell leukemia. The protein encoded by this gene contains seven ankyrin repeats, which are most closely related to those found in I kappa B proteins. This protein functions as a transcriptional co-activator that activates through its association with NF-kappa B homodimers.
