Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
PIK3AP1 Antibody, B cell adaptor protein Antibody, BCAP Antibody, RP11-34E5.3 Antibody
Signaling adapter that contributes to B-cell development by linking B-cell receptor (BCR) signaling to the phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3K)-Akt signaling pathway. Has a complementary role to the BCR coreceptor CD19, coupling BCR and PI3K activation by providing a docking site for the PI3K subunit PIK3R1. Alternatively, links Toll-like receptor (TLR) signaling to PI3K activation, a process preventing excessive inflammatory cytokine production.
Anti-PIK3AP1 mouse monoclonal antibody immunofluorescent staining of COS7 cells transiently transfected by pCMV6-ENTRY PIK3AP1.
HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY PIK3AP1 (Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-PIK3AP1.
