BCAM / CD239 antibody was raised against synthetic peptide located between aa459-508 of human BCAM (P50895, NP_005572). Percent identity by BLAST analysis: Human, Chimpanzee, Gorilla (100%); Monkey, Marmoset, Dog, Rabbit (85%); Horse (84%); Mouse, Rat (78%).

Western Blot: Suggested dilution at 1 ug/ml in 5% skim milk / PBS buffer, and HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit IgG should be diluted in 1: 50,000 - 100,000 as secondary antibody.
