A 16 AA synthetic peptide near the N-Terminus of human BATF. The immunogen is located within the first 50 AA of BATF.
Specificity
Multiple isoforms of BATF are known to exist. Despite its predicted molecular weight, BATF often migrates at a higher than expected molecular weight.

Usage
BATF antibody can be used for detection of BATF by Western blot at 0.5 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 20 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in rat samples and Immunofluorescence in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: 14 kDa
