Specificity
Recognizes the human CD147 cell surface antigen, a 50-60kD glycoprotein also known as neurothelin and basigin. CD147 is broadly expressed on peripheral blood cells and by endothelial cells. Expression upon T cells is increased following activation.

Usage
Flow Cytometry: 1:10-1:50. Use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1E6 cells or cells or 100 ul whole blood. Western Blot: Non-reducing conditions. Immunoprecipitation. The applications listed have been tested for the unmodified form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
