A 10 AA peptide near the NT of mouse BACE/Asp2 (1) conjugated to KLH.
Specificity
The mouse sequence has high degree of homology (100%) with human and 90% with rat BACE/Asp2. No significant sequence homology exists with BACE2/Aps1, a homolog of BACE, or other Asps. Antibody cross-reactivity in various species is not established.

- Western blot (1 - 10 µg/ml)
- ELISA (1:10000 - 1:100000)
Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. ELISA: 1:10000-1:100000 using 50-100 ng of control peptide per well. Western Blot: 1-10 ug/ml using ECL.
