Anti-Beta-2-Microglobulin Antibody was produced by repeated immunizations with beta-2-Microglobulin protein isolated from human urine.
Specificity
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase and anti-Rabbit Serum, as well as purified and partially purified b2-Microglobulin (Human Urine). Cross reactivity against b2-Microglobulin from other sources is unknown.

Usage
Suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA, immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and immunohistochemistry as well as other peroxidase-antibody based enzymatic assays. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
Presentation
Lyophilized from 10 mg/mL BSA (Protease and Ig free), 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, pH 7.2, 0.15 M NaCl, 0.01% Gentamicin. Do NOT add Sodium Azide
Reconstitution
Reconstitute in 100 µL of deionized water.
Storage
Short term: store at 4°C. Long term: aliquot and store -20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Protect from light. Store undiluted.
