Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Human AURKB / Aurora-B
Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Specificity and Use
AURKB / Aurora-B antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide, mapping to a region between residue 300 and the C-terminus (residue 344) of human Aurora B kinase using the numbering given in Swiss-Prot entry Q96GD4 (GeneID 9212).
Specific for human Aurora B protein. Species cross-reactivity: Human. Other species have not been tested. Reactivity with mouse Aurora B is unlikely owing to divergence of sequence between this ortholog and human Aurora B at the site to which the epitope maps.
Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation.
Serine/threonine-protein kinase component of the chromosomal passenger complex (CPC), a complex that acts as a key regulator of mitosis. The CPC complex has essential functions at the centromere in ensuring correct chromosome alignment and segregation and is required for chromatin-induced microtubule stabilization and spindle assembly. Involved in the bipolar attachment of spindle microtubules to kinetochores and is a key regulator for the onset of cytokinesis during mitosis.
