ATR Antibody - 1:100 staining human breast carcinoma tissue by IHC-P. The sample was formaldehyde fixed and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step in citrate buffer was performed. The sample was then blocked and incubated with the antibody for 1.5 hours at 22°C. An HRP conjugated goat anti-rabbit antibody was used as the secondary.

ATR Antibody - Anti-ATR Antibody - Western Blot. Western blot of anti-ATR antibody shows detection of ATR in HeLa cell nuclear extract (lane 1). Lane 2 shows negligible staining after pre-incubation of antibody with the immunizing peptide (50 ug peptide for 1 h at room temperature followed by centrifugation). A 4-8% gradient gel was used for separation. Goat serum was used at 5% for blocking. The arrowhead corresponds to 301 kD ATR when compared to MW markers (Lane M). The primary antibody was used at a 1:1400 dilution.
