Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Western blot (1:500)
Specificity and Use
ATM antibody was raised against full-length human ATM.
Recognizes human ATM, Mr 350kD.
Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation (reported). Western Blot: 1:500 detects ATM in a nuclear extract from Raji cells. Raji nuclear extract was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-ATM. Proteins were visualized using a goat antimouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system.
0.1% sodium azide.
Long term: Add glycerol (40-50%) -20°C; Short term: +4°C
Serine/threonine protein kinase which activates checkpoint signaling upon double strand breaks (DSBs), apoptosis and genotoxic stresses such as ionizing ultraviolet A light (UVA), thereby acting as a DNA damage sensor. Recognizes the substrate consensus sequence [ST]-Q. Phosphorylates 'Ser-139' of histone variant H2AX/H2AFX at double strand breaks (DSBs), thereby regulating DNA damage response mechanism.
