Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)

Specificity and Use
ASCL1 / MASH1 antibody was raised against synthetic peptide derived from Human MASH1
This Polyclonal antibody is directed against human MASH1 protein. The product was purified from serum by protein A chromatography. Expect reactivity with human MASH1. Cross-reactivity with MASH1 from other sources has not been determined.
ACSL1 is a member of the basic helix-loop-helix (BHLH) family of transcription factors. It activates transcription by binding to the E box (5'-CANNTG-3'). Dimerization with other BHLH proteins is required for efficient DNA binding. ACSL1 plays a role in the neuronal commitment and differentiation and in the generation of olfactory and autonomic neurons. The protein is highly expressed in medullary thyroid cancer and small cell lung cancer and may be a useful marker for these cancers.
