Dog (at least 90% immunogen sequence identity)
- Peptide Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (1:4000)
Synthetic peptide LSDCQASKTPEL from an internal region of human ARSH (NP_001011719.1). Percent identity by BLAST analysis: Human, Gorilla, Gibbon (100%); Dog (92%); Marmoset, Panda, Bovine, Horse, Platypus (83%).
- Lyophilized - 100 µg - $145.00
Immunizing peptide used to generate LS-C87257. Useful for pre-absorption and neutralization of the antibody's antigen binding site.
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:4000. Western Blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 45kD band in Human Kidney lysates after 1 ug/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 63.5kD according to NP_001011719.1. The 45kD band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. We would appreciate any feedback from people in the field - have any results been reported with other antibodies / lysates? Have any further splice variants / modified forms been reported?
