Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Western Blot: 1:1000. Incubate membrane with diluted antibody in 5% BSA, 1X TBS, 0.1% Tween-20 at 4?C with gentle shaking, overnight. Immunoprecipitation: 1:50.
Presentation
10 mM HEPES, pH 7.5, 150 mM sodium chloride, 100 ug/ml BSA, 50% glycerol, less than 0.02% sodium azide.
Storage
Short term: store at 4°C. Long term: store at -20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
