Specificity
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Rabbit Serum as well as purified and partially purified Arginase [Bovine Liver]. Cross reactivity against Arginase from other tissues and species may occur but have not been specifically determined.

Usage
ARGINASE Antibody has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Arginase [Bovine Liver] in a standard sandwich ELISA using Peroxidase conjugated Affinity Purified anti-Rabbit IgG [H&L] (Goat) and ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:500000 to 1:2000000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product.

Lyophilized from 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, pH 7.2, 0.15 M NaCl, 0.01% Sodium Azide
Reconstitution
Reconstitute in 100 µL of deionized water.
Storage
Short term 4°C, long term aliquot and store at -20°C, avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Centrifuge product before removing cap. Only dilute immediately prior to use.
