Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA, Immunoperoxidase Electron Microscopy and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 1:4000 to 1:20000. Capture ELISA using 1 ug bovine liver arginase, ABTS substrate, 30min, RT. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
