Usage
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:2000. Western blot: Approx 90kD band observed in Human Heart lysates (calculated MW of 79.7kD according to NP_036228.1). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1 ug/ml. A customer has reported that this antibody also works well in mouse (hepatocytes, C2C12 myoblasts and mouse embryonic fibroblast cells).
