An 18 amino acid peptide near the C-Terminus of human APPBP2. The immunogen is located within the last 50 amino acids of APPBP2.
Specificity
APPBP2 antibody is human, mouse and rat reactive. At least two isoforms of APPBP2 are known to exist; this antibody will detect both isoforms.

Usage
APPBP2 antibody can be used for detection of APPBP2 by Western blot at 0.5 - 1 ug/ml. Antibody can also be used for Immunohistochemistry starting at 5 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 20 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human samples; Immunohistochemistry in human samples and Immunofluorescence in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: Predicted: 64 kDa Observed: 57 kDa
