Specificity
Selective for the full-length and calpain cleaved isoform proteins. The short isoform is missing aa1-79. The calpain cleaved form of ATG5 is missing aa195-275. Cellular Localization: Cytoplasm. Co-localizes with non-muscle actin. Species cross-reactivity: human, mouse, rat, bovine, porcine, primate, Xenopus and Zebrafish. MW of human antigen: 33kD.
