Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
IHC (5 - 15 µg/ml)
Western blot (0.1 - 0.2 µg/ml)
ELISA (0.5 - 1 µg/ml)
Specificity and Use
APC antibody was raised against e. coli-derived rhAPC C-Terminus (aa2537-2843).
Recognize human APC C-Terminus.
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and ELISA. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 ug/ml, the detection limit is ~1 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Immunohistochemistry: 5-15 ug/ml. ELISA: 0.5-1 ug/ml, the detection limit is ~0.2 ng/well.
Tumor suppressor. Promotes rapid degradation of CTNNB1 and participates in Wnt signaling as a negative regulator. APC activity is correlated with its phosphorylation state. Activates the GEF activity of SPATA13 and ARHGEF4. Plays a role in hepatocyte growth factor (HGF)-induced cell migration. Required for MMP9 up-regulation via the JNK signaling pathway in colorectal tumor cells. Acts as a mediator of ERBB2-dependent stabilization of microtubules at the cell cortex.
