Services
  • Immunohistochemistry Services

  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

ANXA2 Antibody, Annexin A2 Antibody, Annexin-2 Antibody, ANX2 Antibody, Calpactin I heavy chain Antibody, Chromobindin-8 Antibody, CAL1H Antibody, Calpactin I heavy polypeptide Antibody, Chromobindin 8 Antibody, LPC2 Antibody, LIP2 Antibody, Lipocortin II Antibody, p36 Antibody, LPC2D Antibody, PAP-IV Antibody, Protein I Antibody, Annexin II Antibody, ANX2L4 Antibody, Calpactin-1 heavy chain Antibody

ANXA2 / Annexin A2 is a member of the annexin family. Members of this calcium-dependent phospholipid-binding protein family play a role in the regulation of cellular growth and in signal transduction pathways. This protein functions as an autocrine factor which heightens osteoclast formation and bone resorption. This gene has three pseudogenes located on chromosomes 4, 9 and 10, respectively.

Immunohistochemistry

Immunohistochemistry
Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human lung carcinoma tissue reacted with ANXA2 antibody , which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

Immunofluorescence

Immunofluorescence
Confocal immunofluorescence of ANXA2 Antibody with A2058 cell followed by Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG (green). DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclear (blue).

Western blot

Western blot
Western blot of lysates from A431, SK-BR-3 cell line (from left to right), using ANXA2 Antibody. Antibody was diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) at 1:5000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysates at 35ug per lane.
