  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use

ANXA1 / Annexin A1 antibody was raised against full-length human recombinant Annexin I protein Purified from yeast.
Recognizes human Annexin I protein and does not cross-react with other Annexins. Reactivity with Annexin I was confirmed by Western Blot using total lysates derived from human fibroblasts. Species cross-reactivity: mouse and rat.
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 0.1-1 ug/ml. Western Blot: 1:250. Immunohistochemistry: 1:25-1:50.

0.09% sodium azide
Long term: -20°C; Short term: +4°C. Avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

ANXA1 Antibody, Annexin A1 Antibody, Annexin I Antibody, Annexin-1 Antibody, ANX1 Antibody, Calpactin II Antibody, Chromobindin-9 Antibody, Lipocortin I Antibody, Annexin I (lipocortin I) Antibody, Calpactin-2 Antibody, LPC1 Antibody

Annexin I belongs to a family of Ca(2+)-dependent phospholipid binding proteins which have a molecular weight of approximately 35000 to 40000 and are preferentially located on the cytosolic face of the plasma membrane. Annexin I protein has an apparent relative molecular mass of 40 kD, with phospholipase A2 inhibitory activity.
