Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 ug/ml. The detection limit for rmCMG-2 is approximately 5 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. ELISA: 0.5-1 ug/ml. The detection limit for rmCMG-2 is approximately 1.5 ng/well.
