Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specificity and Use
ANPEP / CD13 antibody was raised against human AML cells.
Monoclonal antibody WM15 recognizes the human CD13 cell surface glycoprotein, a 150 kD molecule expressed on granulocytes, endothelial cells, epithelial cells and myeloid progenitors.
Flow Cytometry: Recommended dilution - 5 ug/ml. Functional Application: The antibody WM15 inhibits infection of cells by human coronavirus and inhibits aminopeptidase N activity of the CD13 molecule immunoprecipitates.
Broad specificity aminopeptidase. Plays a role in the final digestion of peptides generated from hydrolysis of proteins by gastric and pancreatic proteases. May play a critical role in the pathogenesis of cholesterol gallstone disease. May be involved in the metabolism of regulatory peptides of diverse cell types, responsible for the processing of peptide hormones, such as angiotensin III and IV, neuropeptides, and chemokines.
