Specificity
Recognizes the ~55kD acetylated form of alpha-tubulin. Species cross-reactivity: human, mouse and rat. Reactivity was confirmed with NIH3T3 and HeLa cells.

- Immunofluorescence (1 - 3 µg/ml)
- Western blot (1 - 3 µg/ml)
Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunofluorescence. Western Blot: 1-3 ug/ml. Immunofluorescence: 1-3 ug/ml.
