Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Rabbit Polyclonal to Human Alpha-1-Antichymotrypsin
Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Specificity and Use
Alpha-1-Antichymotrypsin antibody was raised against alpha-1-antichymotrypsin isolated from human serum.
The antibody is specific against human alpha-1- antichymotrypsin. stains monocytes and macrophages in human tissues and does not stain any other cell type. This antibody shows cross reactivity against wide range of mammalian species.
Alpha-1-Antichymotrypsin is a plasma protease inhibitor and member of the serine protease inhibitor class. Polymorphisms in this protein appear to be tissue specific and influence protease targeting. Variations in this protein's sequence have been implicated in Alzheimer's disease, and deficiency of this protein has been associated with liver disease. Mutations have been identified in patients with Parkinson disease and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
