  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

BMPR1A Antibody, 10q23del Antibody, ALK3 Antibody, ALK-3 Antibody, BMP type-1A receptor Antibody, BMPR-1A Antibody, CD292 Antibody, CD292 antigen Antibody, Activin receptor-like kinase 3 Antibody, ACVRLK3 Antibody, SKR5 Antibody

The bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) receptors are a family of transmembrane serine/threonine kinases that include the type I receptors BMPR1A and BMPR1B and the type II receptor BMPR2. These receptors are also closely related to the activin receptors, ACVR1 and ACVR2. The ligands of these receptors are members of the TGF-beta superfamily.

Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human cancer tissue reacted with the primary antibody, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by AEC staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated. BC = breast carcinoma; HC = hepatocarcinoma.

Western blot

Western blot
Western blot of lysate from mouse kidney tissue, using BMPR1A Antibody (E45). Antibody was diluted at 1:1000. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) at 1:10000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysate at 20ug.

Western blot

Western blot
Western blot of anti-BMPR1A antibody in Saos-2 cell lysate. BMPR1A (arrow) was detected using purified antibody. Secondary HRP-anti-rabbit was used for signal visualization with chemiluminescence.

Western blot

Western blot
Western blot of lysate from rat uterus tissue lysate, using BMPR1A Antibody (E45). Antibody was diluted at 1:1000. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) at 1:10000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysate at 35ug.
