Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Protein G purified
AGRN / Agrin antibody was raised against recombinant rat agrin, C-terminal construct.
Detects all isoforms of agrin in samples from mouse and rat. Epitope is located near the 1st EGF-like repeat. Recognizes all N1 isoforms but, consistent with the epitope mapping investigations, fails to see the N4 protein. Furthermore, the antibody will detect the X, Y and Z splice variants. Species Reactivity: mouse, rat.
Western Blot (Colorimetric): 4 ug/ml. Western Blot (ECL): 4 ug/ml. Immunocytochemistry: 1:50.
Isoform 1: heparan sulfate basal lamina glycoprotein that plays a central role in the formation and the maintenance of the neuromuscular junction (NMJ) and directs key events in postsynaptic differentiation. Component of the AGRN-LRP4 receptor complex that induces the phosphorylation and activation of MUSK.
