Usage
ELISA - Direct and indirect: 1:5000-1:10000. Immunohistochemistry - Paraffin sections: 10ug/ml. Western blot - 1:5000-1:10000 using ECL. Suggested blocking and dilution buffer is TBST containing 0.05% Tween 20 and 5% skim milk. Suggested incubation time is 1 hour at room temperature.

PBS, pH 7.4, no preservatives.
Storage
Short term: store at 4°C. Long term: store at -20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
