Description
ADGRG2 (GPR64) is a G protein-coupled receptor, specifically an epididymis-specific transmembrane protein that is necessary for male fertility. Variants and truncating mutations in ADGRG2 are associated with congenital bilateral absence of the vas deferens (CBAVD), which leads to obstructive azoospermia and male infertility.
