Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Human, Monkey, Mouse, Rat, Bovine, Rabbit, Chicken, Xenopus
IHC - Paraffin
Human ADGRB3 / BAI3
Human, Monkey, Mouse, Rat, Bovine, Rabbit, Chicken, Xenopus (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Horse, Zebrafish (at least 90% immunogen sequence identity)
IHC - Paraffin (7 - 18 µg/ml)
Specificity and Use
ADGRB3 / BAI3 antibody was raised against synthetic 20 amino acid peptide from 3rd cytoplasmic domain of human BAI3. Percent identity with other species by BLAST analysis: Human, Gorilla, Gibbon, Marmoset, Mouse, Rat, Elephant, Panda, Bovine, Rabbit, Opossum, Chicken, Xenopus (100%); Horse, Stickleback, Pufferfish, Zebrafish (95%).
BAI3 is an Orphan-B GPCR with an unknown ligand. Two isoforms of BAI3 are produced by alternative splicing. Along with BAI3, there are two other brain-specific angiogenesis inhibitor genes, designated BAI1 and BAI2, which have similar tissue specificities and structures.
