COS-7 cell-derived recombinant human ADAM15 ectodomain fused to the IgG Fc domain.
Specificity
Recognizes human ADAM15 ectodomain. Cross-reactivity: Does not cross-react with rmADAM15, 10, and 28 and rhADAM8, 9, and 17 (TACE) in Western Blot. Does not cross-react with rhADAM8,9,17, 28 and rmADAM9 and 10 and shows 100% cross-reactivity with rmADAM15 in Direct ELISA.

Usage
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunocytochemistry and ELISA. Western Blot: 1-2 ug/ml. Detects ~5 ng/lane of rhADAM15 under non-reducing conditions. Immunoprecipitation: 25 ug/ml. Direct ELISA: 1 ug/ml detects ~0.3 ng rhADAM15/well.

Storage
