Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)

IHC - Frozen
Specificity and Use
Actin Bundles antibody was raised against human Actin Bundles.
Recognizes an antigen associated with actin bundles found in human cells.
Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Anti-Human Actin Bundles can be used to stain Actin Bundles in cell or tissue preparations and can be used to identify Actin Bundles in subcellular fractions. The antibody works well with paraformaldehyde-fixed frozen tissue or cell preparations and formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections. Muscle is the recommended positive control tissue. Antigen preservation: Fresh cells cultured on microscope slide are recommended. Formaldehyde fixation followed by acetone to make cells permeable. Cells are not air dried but stored in PBS at 4?C to preserve cell structure. Staining pattern: Stains actin bundles in human fibroblasts & epithelial cells. Lymphoid cells are generally not stained.
Supplied in filtered tissue culture supernatant in RPMI 1640, pH 7.2.
