Actin antibody LS-C543302 is an HRP-conjugated mouse monoclonal antibody to Actin from chicken. It is reactive with human, mouse, rat and other species. Validated for IHC, IP and WB.

Chicken gizzard actin.
Specificity
Reacts with all six known vertebrate isoforms of actin (MW ~42kD). It also reacts with two cytoplasmic actins (beta, gamma) which are highly homologous to one another, but which differ from the muscle actins by about 25 amino acid residues. This antibody is highly recommended for monitoring total protein load on Western blots. Species cross-reactivity: Human, bovine, mouse, canine, porcine, rabbit, rat, chicken, Dictyostelium discoideum, Physarum polycephalum.
