Usage
Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry: 1:10-1:20 for formaldehyde fixed paraffin sections (without proteolytic treatment) and acetone fixed frozen sections. Dilute in 0.15 M PBS, 1% BSA, 1% sodium azide.
