ACE / CD143 antibody was raised against recombinant human Angiotensin 1 Converting Enzyme.
Recognizes human ACE.
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 ug/ml. Immunohistochemistry: 2-15 ug/ml. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

ACE / CD143 is an enzyme involved in catalyzing the conversion of angiotensin I into a physiologically active peptide angiotensin II. Angiotensin II is a potent vasopressor and aldosterone-stimulating peptide that controls blood pressure and fluid-electrolyte balance. This enzyme plays a key role in the renin-angiotensin system.
