  • Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

  • TCR Screening Services

  • Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

About ABL2

P42684 NM_007314 NP_009298.1

ABL2 Antibody, Abl-related gene ARG Antibody, ABLL Antibody, Abelson-related gene protein Antibody, ARG Antibody, Oncogene abl2 Antibody, Tyrosine-protein kinase ARG Antibody

Non-receptor tyrosine-protein kinase that plays an ABL1-overlapping role in key processes linked to cell growth and survival such as cytoskeleton remodeling in response to extracellular stimuli, cell motility and adhesion and receptor endocytosis. Coordinates actin remodeling through tyrosine phosphorylation of proteins controlling cytoskeleton dynamics like MYH10 (involved in movement); CTTN (involved in signaling); or TUBA1 and TUBB (microtubule subunits).

Immunofluorescence of NIH/3T3 cells using ABL2 mouse monoclonal antibody (green). Blue: DRAQ5 fluorescent DNA dye. Red: Actin filaments have been labeled with Alexa Fluor-555 phalloidin.

Western blot

Western blot
Western blot using ABL2 mouse monoclonal antibody against HEK293T cells transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (1) and pCMV6-ENTRY ABL2 cDNA (2).
