Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry. Western Blot: 1:20-50. Immunohistochemistry (acetone fixed frozen): 1:20, followed by incubation with rabbit anti-rat Ig (1:25, Dako) and a monoclonal rat APAAP complex (1:50, Dako). Immunocytochemistry: 1:20-50.
