Immunohistochemistry Services

Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

TCR Screening Services

Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Specifications

Description
Fetuin A antibody LS-C23541 is an unconjugated goat polyclonal antibody to human Fetuin A (AHSG ). Validated for ELISA and WB.
Target
Human AHSG / Fetuin A
Host
Goat
Reactivity
Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Clonality
IgG Polyclonal
Conjugations
Unconjugated
Purification
Ion exchange chromatography
Modifications
Unmodified
Applications
  • Western blot (1:10000 - 1:20000)
  • ELISA (1:40000 - 1:200000)
Immunogen
Recombinant human fetuin (a2-HS glycoprotein).
Specificity
Recognizes Human Fetuin (~58kD). A doublet band or slightly lower molecular weight band may be visible by western blot due to proteolytic processing, variable glycosylation and/or phosphorylation. Proteolytic processing may include the removal of a 40 amino acid residue bridging peptide from the A and B chains of fetuin in vivo.
Usage
Suitable for Western Blot (Western or Dot Blot) and ELISA. ELISA: 1:40000-1:200000. Western Blot: 1:10000-1:20000.
Presentation
Lyophilized
Reconstitution
Reconstitute in deionized water
