Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Immunohistochemistry (frozen, paraffin): 1:10-1:20 for 1 hr at RT; no protease pretreatment required. Western Blot: 1:10-1:20. Positive control: Prostatic benign hyperplasia.
