Human CXCR7 encoding plasmid.
Specificity
Recognizes the five distinct human CXCR7 transfectants, but not their respective parental lines. It also reacts with MCF-7 cells expression of CXCR7. This antibody does not react with monocytes or lymphocytes by flow cytometry. An underestimation of CXCR7 expression on certain cell types has been reported.

Usage
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Flow Cytometry: 50 ug/ml 10 ul labels 1-2.5x10^5 cells in a total reaction volume not exceeding 200ul. Immunohistochemistry (paraffin sections): 8-25 ug/ml. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
