Specificity
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-peroxidase, anti-Rabbit Serum as well as purified and partially purified Acid Phosphatase [Potato]. Cross reactivity against Acid Phosphatase from other tissues and species may occur but have not been specifically determined.

Usage
Anti-Acid Phosphatase is suitable for use in ELISA, western blot, and immunohistochemistry. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
Presentation
Lyophilized from 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, pH 7.2, 0.15 M NaCl, 0.01% Gentamicin. Do NOT add Sodium Azide
Reconstitution
Reconstitute in 100 µL of deionized water.
Storage
Short term 4°C, long term aliquot and store at -20°C, avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Centrifuge product before removing cap. Only dilute immediately prior to use.
