Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 ug/ml. Immunohistochemistry: 2-15 ug/ml. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
Presentation
0.2 um sterile-filtered solution in PBS, 50ug of BSA per 1ug of antibody.
Storage
Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Reconstituted product is stable for 1 year at -20°C.
