Usage
Suitable for use in Immunocytochemistry, Immunohistochemistry, Western Blot and Flow Cytometry. Immunocytochemistry: 1:20-1:50 on acetone fixed cytospin preparations. Immunohistochemistry: 1:20 on acetone fixed frozen sections. Does not work well on formaldehyde-fixed paraffin-embedded human tissues.
