Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Not suitable for FACS. Western Blot-1:1000-1:3000 (ECL). ABCA1 is known to aggregate. Do not boil samples. Use a reducing buffer: 2X sample buffer): 8 M Urea, 2% SDS, 715 mM BME, 1% glycerol, 0.001% Bromophenol Blue, 125 mM Tris-HCl, pH 6.8.
