Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Rabbit Serum and purified and partially purified Ascorbate Oxidase [cucurbita]. Cross reactivity against Ascorbate Oxidase from other sources is unknown.

Anti-Ascorbate Oxidase has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Alkaline Phosphatase [Calf Intestine] in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:2000 to 1:11000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Lyophilized from 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, pH 7.2, 0.15 M NaCl, 0.01% Gentamicin. Do NOT add Sodium Azide

Reconstitute in 100 µL of deionized water.

Short term 4°C, long term aliquot and store at -20°C, avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Centrifuge product before removing cap. Only dilute immediately prior to use.
